The proportion in that age category was the highest since the government began such surveys in 1920 according to an estimate based on the 2015 census 4 released by the Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry 5.

Recent decreased birth rate reach to this population aging in Japan. We really feel this problem but must change our mind and life style first. To increase birth rate gradually nurse place is needed to be built more and childcare leave needs to be improved so that we can take very easily. Finally the population ratio must be changed..... I hope for our future.
