Latin Post reports that the limited television show will have a standalone storyline and comprise only 12 episodes.

According to Deadline, while the network has yet to provide any detail regarding the upcoming show or corroborate 2 whether or not Purcell and Miller will actually be featuring in it, it has been learned that the two actors are very keen to be a part of the purported 3 'Prison Break' reboot.

The report says that currently the actors are a part of 'The Flash' and 'Legends of Tomorrow,' both hit TV shows. It appears based on their performances in these television series, they will have their work schedules pretty much in-sync. Miller portrays 4 the character of Captain Cold, while Purcell was cast for the role of Heat Wave, both them villains 5 in their own right.
