China creates 12.02 mil new jobs in urban areas during Jan-Nov

BEIJING, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- Some 12.02 million new jobs were created in the first 11 months this year, which has already beat the annual target of 9 million, according to the Ministry 1 of Human Resources and Social Security (MHRSS) Tuesday.
The urban registered unemployment rate stood at 4.1 percent at the end of September, below the annual target of 4.6 percent, said Minister Yin Weimin.
