RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- The Brazilian government on Tuesday announced a contingency 1 plan to deal with oil spills.
The plan will be activated 2 only when corporate 3 action is not enough to contain oil spills or when spills go beyond Brazilian borders, the government said.
