Swiss watchmaker Swatch has successfully opposed Apple's registration 1 of the trademark 2 "iWatch" in the UK.
日前，瑞士手表制造商斯沃琪就苹果公司商标iWatch在英国侵权一案胜诉成功。
The UK's Intellectual Property Office (IPO) upheld Swatch's opposition 3, which was filed in March 2014.
该案件由斯沃琪公司在2014年3月提交，英国知识产权办公室赞成斯沃琪公司的反对意见。
Swatch said the name "iWatch" was too similar to its own trademarks 4 for the words "iSwatch" and "Swatch".
