　　It may sound like a recipe for a sleepless 1 night, but wetting your bed sheets and chilling them in the fridge or freezer three to four hours before you go to bed can work wonders.

　　If you get under an ice cold shower, your body will fight against the cold, trying to warm up by shivering, reducing blood flow to the skin and increasing the metabolic 2 rate. When you get out and into the hot air, this will work against you and you'll heat up very quickly.
