The Institute of Population and Labor Economics and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences published a Green Paper of Population and Labor on Wednesday, in which researchers suggest a two step strategy to change the retirement age in China.

In 2017, China should complete the integration 5 of its two pension systems. From 2018, the retirement age for women should be raised one year every three years, and the retirement age for men should be raised one year every six years.
在2017年，中国应该完成两项养老金制度并轨。从2018年开始，女性的退休年龄应该每3年延迟1岁，而男性退休年龄则是每6年延迟1岁。
This means in 2045, the retirement age for both men and women will be 65.
