Former FIFA president Sepp Blatter has sensationally 1 claimed he witnessed a draw for a European competition being rigged.
国际足联前主席塞普·布拉特近日表示，他曾亲眼目睹欧洲足球比赛以一种抽签的方式作弊。
The 80-year-old refused to say which tournament it was, but revealed the balls containing the names of teams were either heated or cooled to help identify them.

In the interview with Argentine publication La Nacion, Blatter also claimed only one team had ever successfully benefited from such "cheating".

"You can mark them by heating them or cooling them. You put the balls in the refrigerator beforehand. Just by comparing one and the other when you touch them you can tell the cold balls from the hot," Blatter elaborated.
布拉特解释道：“你可以通过加热或冷冻它们来做标记。事先将球放进冰箱。当触摸它们时，只要进行比较，就能区分出冷球和热球。”
Blatter said no draw for a FIFA event had been fixed 2 during his 18 years at the helm of world football's governing body, but said he had seen it done for European competitions.

"I never touched the balls," said Blatter, referring to the plastic balls containing the teams' names that are used in supposedly random 3 draws for events like the World Cup or Champions League.
