A digital marketing 1 research group said the online sales at a record high of $3.34 billion during this year's Black Friday shopping spree in the US.

Adobe Digital Insights said the total represented a 21.6% increase from the same day of last year and $290 million above the predicted $3.05 billion sales for the traditional shopping day after Thanksgiving holiday.
