A、先生，我打电话是来定一个时间讨论一下你们的参展方案，明天上午你有空吗？
Sir, I am calling to fix up the time to talk about your exhibition proposal. Will you be free tomorrow morning?
B、恐怕没空，下周一怎么样？
I am afraid not. How about next Monday?
A、哎呀！这太晚了，况且我还要到外地出差呢。
Oh, it's too late. Also I am going on a business trip.
B、唔，要定一个我们两人都合适的时间有点难。咱位妥协一下吧，明天下午你行不行？
Well, it's a bit hard to fix up a time which will suit both of us, Let's make a compromise. Are you available tomorrow afternoon?
A、那么就定在明天下午4点半吧我到你公司去呢还是你上我们办公室来？
Make it 4:30pm tomorrow afternoon then. Shall I go to your company or will you come to my office?
B、由你决定吧！

A、我开车到你公司去吧。
It's more convenient for me to drive to your company.
B、你考虑得真周到。这就节省了我的时间也省去许多麻烦，你知道我得换地铁。好，我等着你来。
