Chinese online streaming site iQiyi has struck a deal with the producers behind hit TV drama "Nirvana in Fire" to exclusively broadcast the show's second season.
中国在线视频网站爱奇艺已经和热播剧《琅琊榜》的制片方达成协议，将独家播出该剧集的第二季。
The news was announced at the China Online Drama Forum 1 which was held in Beijing over the weekend. "Nirvana in Fire 2" will be an online drama with a premiere date set in 2017.
这一消息是在本周末于北京举行的中国网络电视剧论坛上宣布的。《琅琊榜2》将以网络剧的形式于2017年首映。
According to the show's producer Hou Hongliang, the exclusivity deal was a direct result of iQiyi's role in popularizing the show.
根据该剧的制片人侯鸿亮表示，《琅琊榜》在爱奇艺平台上的成功推广是促成本次独家授权协议的直接原因。
