Alibaba's mobile payment system Alipay will start to charge individual users service fees for cash withdrawals 2, balance transfer from Alipay accounts to bank deposit accounts, from Oct 12, it announced last Monday.
阿里巴巴旗下的移动支付系统支付宝上周一宣布，自今年10月12日起，支付宝将对个人用户提现收取服务费。
Individual users have a quota 3 of RMB20,000, within which any withdrawal 1 is free.
所谓提现是指把支付宝账户余额转到银行存款帐户上。
A 0.1% service fee will be levied 4 on withdrawals above the quota, with a minimum fee of 0.1 yuan per transaction, according to an official statement from Alipay.
根据支付宝的官方公告，个人用户累计享有2万元的免费提现额度，超出免费额度的提现收取0.1%的服务费，单笔交易服务费不低于0.1元。

According to the new policy, the money transferred between Alibaba's online investment fund Yu'ebao and Alipay will continue to be free of charge.
