Schindler: I’m a profiteer of slave labor 1. I am a criminal. At middle night, you will be free. I’ll be hunted. I should remain with you until five minutes after the middle night, after which time, I hope you will forgive me, I have to flee.

  1、这里的hunt有点从原意 “捕猎”延伸出来的意味,指一个人被动地受追捕;

President: Mankind that word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can’t be consumed by our petty differences any more. We will be united in our common interest …..And you will once again be fighting for our freedom. Not from tyranny, oppression or persecution 2, but from annihilation. We’re fighting for our right to live, to exist.

  Fight for sth.

William Wallace: Aye. Fight and you may die, run and you’ll live…at least a while, and dying in your beds many years from now. Would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they’ll never take our freedom?!

  Trade…for….
