On Nov. 21, Chinese electric carmaker NextEV unveiled its EP9 model at the Saatchi Gallery in London, along with its NIO brand and logo.

EP9 is reportedly the world's fastest electric supercar, with the speediest lap time for an electric vehicle (EV) at the Nürbhurgring Nordschliefe test track in Germany, one of the most famous grounds for supercars around the world.

The EP9 also beat the EV record at France's Circuit Paul Ricard.

The first batch 1 of NextEV cars will come onto the market in the next few months. In addition, the company has already started research and development of its second model, tailored exclusively to the Chinese market.
