Hornets' guard Gordon for injury

NEW YORK, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- Hornets guard Eric Gordon will miss two to three weeks because of a sore right knee.
The Hornets say Gordon's knee was swollen 1 after he led New Orleans with 22 points in a 101-93 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.
Team doctors have recommended rest. Gordon leads the team with a 21-point average. He missed the previous four games after he bruised 2 the knee during the season opener Dec. 26 in Phoenix 3.
