Yesterday》由保罗·麦卡特尼(Paul McCartney)谱曲、作词,最早在披头士乐队 1965的专辑《Help》中出现。很多人认为词的作者是约翰·列农,其实从创作到录制,《Yesterday》都由保罗一个人完成,在当时引起一些关于他单飞的流言。


《Yesterday》是20世纪被改编、演奏、播放最多的一支乐曲。在《滚石》杂志评选的“500有史最伟大的歌曲”中,《Yesterday》名列第十三。
