DUBAI, April 19 (Xinhua) -- The vice 1 president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed Bin 2 Rashid Al-Maktoum will begin on Sunday a visit to Mexico which will be followed by visits to Brazil, Argentine and Chile, state news agency WAM reported on Saturday.
