US, China signal new phase for ties

BEIJING, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Both China and U.S. signaled that the world's two biggest economies should explore a road of new-type relations.
The new type of relations between major powers should be based on mutual 1 respect, cooperation and seeking win-win situations, Hua Chunying, a Foreign Ministry 2 spokeswoman, said? at a daily press briefing on Tuesday.
