Hong Kong media mogul Run Run Shaw has died at the age of 107. Shaw was a great pioneer of Chinese film, and a generous philanthropist. He donated billions of Hong Kong dollars to various social projects.
Zhang Xiaoming, director of the Liaison 1 Office of the Chinese Central People’s Government in Hong Kong has paid his condolences to Shaw's family members.
Zhang says Run Run Shaw led a legendary 2 life. His contributions to China’s development and social cause will be remembered forever.
