Spanish midfielder Parejo joins Valencia

MADRID, June 14 (Xinhua) -- Spanish first division soccer league side Valencia announced on Tuesday that midfielder Daniel Parejo joined the club from Getafe.
The 22-year-old Spanish signed a five-year deal for a reported fee of six million euros (8.7 milloin U.S. dollors).
"Valencia and Getafe reached agreement on the transfer of Dani Parejo to join us for five seasons, until June 30, 2016," Valencia announced in a statement.
