Fenda, an app which allows people, for a fee, to get their questions answered by professionals or hear the answers, is becoming popular among Chinese internet users.

Fenda was launched on May 15 by a website, Zaihang, a platform for people who want to learn knowledge and expertise 1 online. Users of the app can ask any question of anyone they want after paying the amount of money required for the answer. If a user's question doesn't get a reply in 48 hours, the money is refunded 2.
“分答”是由针对想在网上学习专业知识的人而开设的平台--“在行”网站于今年5月15日开设的。该app的用户再支付所需数额的金钱之后，可以向任何人发问任何问题。如果用户的问题在48小时内没有得到答复，这笔钱将被退还。
On the app, the answers are in phonetic 3 form with a spoken length of 60 seconds or less. Users who are interested in answers to certain questions can spend RMB1 listening to them.
