我国商务部2月16日公布，1月份非金融对外直接投资（ODI）120.2亿美元，同比增长18.2%。

China’s non-financial outbound direct investment (ODI) reached some $12.02 billion in Jan., which is 18.2% higher than Jan. 2015, said the Ministry 1 of Commerce.
商务部指出，我国1月非金融类对外直接投资（ODI）达到120.2亿美元，同比增长18.2%。
对外直接投资（outbound direct investment，ODI），也可以用outward direct investment表示。是指我国企业、团体在国外及港澳台地区以现金、实物、无形资产等方式投资，并以控制国（境）外企业的经营管理权为核心的经济活动。
我们熟悉的FDI（Foreign direct investment）是外商直接投资，ODI与FDI的区别在于，ODI是内对外，是我国向海外投资，而FDI是外对内，是外资在我国投资。
商务部指出，我国1月非金融对外直接投资（non-financial outbound direct investment）规模为120.02亿美元。在对外直接投资中，流向制造业（manufacturing sector）的投资为16.2亿美元，同比增长87.8%。
跨国并购（overseas mergers 2 and acquisitions）的活跃促进了ODI 的增长，目前我国对外投资流量已位居世界第三位，存量位居世界第八位（China's outbound investment ranks as the world's third biggest in flow and the eighth in terms of stock.）。
