Reports say the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has repeated its call for a "positive response" from South Korea to its "important proposals" on improving inter-Korean relations.
The move came after the South Korean government rejected the DPRK’s offer of dialogue earlier this month due to "unacceptable pre-conditions attached." This referred to Pyongyang’s demand for a cancellation 1 of the annual U.S.-South Korean military drills.
