I own a wonderful dog, and I often visit the pet store to pick up some animal supplies. Because I have a big dog, I have to buy a lot of dog food, but I also purchase a variety of doggie treats that I use to feed him when I do obedience 1 training. In other words, I reward my dog with a treat when he follows my commands like "sit" or "roll over." You can also buy some other items including bones, doggie beds, and toys. I usually take my dog to the pet store twice a year to get his nails clipped 2, his ears cleaned, and his teeth checked. The pet store also sells leashes 3 you can put around the dog's neck so you can control the dog when you take it for a walk.
