I suddenly discovered something: was that a boil at the back of Daddy’s neck? So I asked him. He pointed 1 at his neck, then pointed at me, as if to say, "It’s been there always, only you didn’t notice." I was not too sure. Daddy kept on pulling out the drawers and searching here and there. When he saw the $5,000 left in one of the drawers this morning, he quickly pocketed it and continued to search other drawers. I watched his unusual moves, and stared at the boil on his neck. When I looked closely 2 enough, I found that it was a mole 3, with some hairs growing out of it. With a hairy mole like that, it couldn’t have grown in the last few days. Had it skipped my notice before? I wondered.
