Children's Day 欢乐儿童节
Moms and dads think about their kids 2 every day. 妈妈和爸爸每天都会想着他们的孩子们。
But there is one day when everyone thinks about children. 不过，有一天却是所有人都会想到儿童，
That day is called Children's Day. 这一天叫做儿童节。
Different places celebrate 3 Children's Day on different dates. 不同的国家庆祝儿童节的日子也不一样，
November 20 is Children's Day in many places around the world. 世界上许多地方的儿童节订在十一月二十日。
Some countries work on this day. 有些国家在这一天仍要上班，
Other countries get a day off 4! 有些国家在这一天则是会休假！

On Children's Day, we think about children's rights. 在儿童节这一天，我们会思考儿童的权利，
Kids can learn about their rights. 孩童可以学习知道他们的权利。
Children are the future 6. 儿童是未来，
Every child should be safe. 每个儿童都应该在安全的环境长大，
Children should be healthy, too. 儿童也应该有健康的身体，
And every child should feel loved. 而且每个儿童都应该受到疼爱。
But some children are not safe, healthy or loved. 不过，有些儿童却在不安全、不健康，或是没有受到疼爱的环境成长。
Children's Day is a great day to help them. 儿童节就是帮助这些儿童的好日子。
Some people visit sick children in hospitals on Children's Day. 有些人会在儿童节探访医院里的病童，
Others 7 help poor children. 另外有些人会帮助贫穷的儿童。
There are many fun things for kids to do on Children's Day. 孩子在儿童节当天可以做许多好玩的事情。
Some cities have fairs 8 just for kids! 有些城市会举办专供儿童参加的园游会！
Go to a zoo or museum. 到动物园或博物馆去吧，
They often make Children's Day special, too. 这些地方通常也会为儿童节举办特别活动。
