No problem,first ,it is comfortable and cozy 1.second,it has lovely view of the city.third it has all kinds of electronic appliances 2 we need,such as refrigerator,electronic stove,washing machine and dish washer.First,it is most important.the electricity is free of charge.finally,It is located in the center of the city and the transportation is convenient.
There is something you want to say.but what is the rent?

In my opinion ,the rent is far more expensive than another areas.
It certainly is.but tell you the truth,the room is so large that I can share with some else and that I can decrease the total amount of the rent.

In my opinion,you have to go to university everyday and the fare will cost you most of your living expenses if you live here,far away from university.
