When you are working on a job teamwork 1 is important. A team player is a person who works 2 well with the other people on the job. Employers 3 always look for employees 4 who can get along to get their jobs done. There are many things you can do to be a good team player. By recognizing people’s differences in gender 5, age or culture, you show that you respect to them. When working with others, try to come up with ideas that can help solve problems. Woman: Maybe we all should learn something from him.

Man: Right.
