Forced labor 1 does occur in many industries, 强制劳动在很多国家都屡见不鲜，

especially those where the workers are migrants or otherwise vulnerable, and this needs to be addressed. 尤其发生在移民劳工和其他弱势群体中，这是一个需要解决的问题。

The problems arise from the criminalization of migration, just as they do from the criminalization of sex work itself. 我们从性交易非法的问题讨论到随意移民是非法的问题。
