chicken stew 1 with chestnuts 板栗烧鸡
原料：
带骨的嫩公鸡肉750克，板栗500克，鸡汤750克
佐料：
葱姜各15克，花椒10粒，料酒50克 精盐10克 菜油50克
过程：
制作时先把鸡剁成小块，鸡腿去掉大骨，也剁成小块。把鸡块放在7成热的油当中，炸至半生时捞出，待油温升至8成热的时候把鸡块倒入油锅当中复炸，鸡块成金黄色时倒入漏勺内，锅里留底油，放葱段，姜块和香油，放入胡椒，炒出香味儿以后加料酒、酱油、鸡汤，加入去了皮的栗子和炸好的鸡块，用小火烧一会，再该用旺火，用水淀粉勾芡，淋入明油即可出锅装盘。
