BEIJING, Oct. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed again to the hospital in Los Angeles to reattach a feeding tube to her stomach Sunday, her publicist said.
The 94-year-old actress was taken from her home to UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center when she fell unconscious at home. She was experiencing a high fever and suffered some internal bleeding, her daughter Francesca Hilton said.
Gabor's husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, said that her condition "did not look good." But she stabilized 1 after a day under close medical care.
The Hungarian-born actress, the second of the three celebrated 2 Gabor sisters, all of whom had careers in show business, is famous for her many marriages and strong personality as well as her acting 3 prowess.
The Hollywood legend has been married nine times, and Francesca is the offspring from her marriage with her second husband -- hotel magnate Conrad Hilton.
Her more prominent films include John Huston's Toulouse-Lautrec biopic, "Moulin Rouge," in 1952, "The Story of Three Loves" in 1953, "The Girl in the Kremlin" in 1957 and Orson Welles' 1958 cult 4 classic, "Touch of Evil."
Gabor made headlines in 1989 when she was arrested for slapping a Beverly Hills police officer who pulled her over for a traffic violation 5 and spent three days in a jail.
Gabor has suffered major health problems in the last year, including hip 6 replacement 7 surgery and a leg amputation 8. She has been unable to walk since a 2002 car accident in which her hairdresser was driving.
