六级词汇讲解: 本句包含两个分句。
第一个分句的主干是We have a...panic;
第二个分句的主干是we worry that...,that引导的是worry的宾语从句。
full-blown意为“全面发展的”,该词还有“盛开的;成熟的”之意。如:

英语六级考点归纳 “连词+现在分词”作状语的情况总结。
while、when、before、although、unless等连词引导的状语从句的主语与主句的主语一致时,可以简化为v.+ -ing形式作状语,但通常要保留原连词,形成“连词+现在分词”结构。如: Although having nothing to do here, we can’t leave.=Although we have nothing to do here, we can’t leave.
