儿童小故事：来找你的(万圣节恐怖故事)
There was an old woman who lived all by herself, and she was very lonely. Sitting in the kitchen one night, she said, "Oh, I wish I had some company."
No sooner had she spoken than down the chimney tumbled two feet from which the flesh had rotted. The old woman's eyes bulged 1 with terror.
Then two legs dropped to the hearth 2 and attached themselves to the feet.
Then a body tumbled down, then two arms, and a man's head.
As the old woman watched, the parts came together into a great, tall man. The man danced around and around the room. Faster and faster he went. Then he stopped, and he looked into her eyes.
"What do you come for?" she asked in a small voice that shivered and shook.
"What do I come for?" he said. "I come for YOU!"
（The narrator shouts and jumps at the person near him!）

从前有一个老妇人。她独自一人生活，非常孤独。一天晚上，她坐在厨房里，自言自语到：“要是有人能陪陪我就好了。”
她刚说完，就顺着烟囱掉下来两只脚，脚上的肉都已经腐烂了。老妇人吓得眼睛都突了出来。然后又掉下来两条腿，并自动和脚接了起来。之后又陆陆续续掉下了身子、胳膊和头。
老妇人眼看着这些部位接了起来，最后组成了一个高高大大的人。这个人在屋子里面跳舞，跳得越来越快，然后突然停下来，盯住老妇人的眼睛。
“你想做什么？”老妇人用颤抖的声音低声问到。
“我想做什么？我就是来找你的。”（讲故事的人大叫一声，跳到附近那个人的面前。）
