BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, May 2 (Xinhua) -- A symposium 1 on quality dental care, organized by the Department of Dental Services and Ministry 2 of Health organized was held on Friday.
Two hundred participants comprising dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienist and therapists and dental surgery assistants from Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defense 3 attended the symposium themed "Developing the Dynamic Team."
The symposium aimed to increase awareness 4 of the different skill-mix within the dental workforce 5 and to encourage the spirit of teamwork with a series of lectures and programs lining 6 up for the department.

A workshop was conducted to utilize 7 the knowledge gained from the lectures.
The Dental Hygiene 8 and Therapy Training Unit hopes that through this symposium, the participants will be able to adopt effective teamwork in pursuit of quality dental care.
