China will soon begin reform of professional ranking.
我国将很快开启职称评定的改革。
According to a circular issued by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, the reform will begin in engineering, hygiene 1, agriculture, accounting 2, institutes of higher education, and scientific research within three years.
根据中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发的通知，改革将在三年内在工程、卫生、农业、会计、高校和科研领域开启。
The new professional ranking system will take shape in five years. Professional ranks will also be expanded to include new professions and industries.
新的职称评定机制将在五年内形成。职称评定的范围也会扩大，将包括新兴专业和行业。

The system will focus on ethics 3 and innovation, and there will be no universal requirements in regard to foreign language ability or computer skills.
