状语从句的常见类型

状语从句即指在主从复合句中用作状语的从句。状语从句根据其用途可分为时间状语从句、地点状语从句、原因状语从句、结果状语从句、目的状语从句、条件状语从句、方式状语从句等：
When she saw 1 it, she turned red. 她看到它时脸红了。(时间状语从句)
He was 2 angry because I was late. 他很生气因为我迟到了。 (原因状语从句)
If you come, he抣l be pleased 4. 如果你来，他会高兴的。(条件状语从句)
He was so angry that he couldn’t speak. 他气得话都说不出来。(结果状语从句)
Although 5 he is poor, he’s happy. 虽然穷，但他仍很快乐。(让步状语从句)

- He got work in a hotel as a waiter.他在一家旅馆找到了当服务生的工作。
- In the hotel,the old men were drinking away as usual.在旅馆里，这些老人和往常一样喝个不停。
adj.高兴的，快乐的，喜欢的，满意的
- She was pleased to hear good news about him.听到他的好消息，她很高兴。
- Whichever day you come,we will be pleased to see you.无论你哪一天来，我们都很高兴。
conj（=though）虽然，即使，纵然，尽管
- Although my car is very old,It'still runs very well.我的汽车虽然很旧，但仍然跑得很快。
- Although he worked hard,he failed in the exam.虽然他很努力，但他考试没有及格。
n.延伸，范围，河段；vt.到达，伸出，延伸，取得联系；vi.延伸
- The railway line will soon reach to our town. 铁路不久就要延伸到我们镇了。
- Can you reach that apple down in the tree? 你能把树上那个苹果摘下来吗？
