Disney reveals 2 new movie projects

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20 (Xinhua) -- Walt Disney Studios Saturday disclosed the ongoing 1 production of two new movies, included one directed by Academy Award winner Pete Docter.
The studio made the revelation at the "D23 Expo," the Disney version of Comic-Con, to 4,200 fans gathered in Anaheim Convention Center.
For the first of the two movies, Docter and his team has just started designs and sets and is anticipating castings, according to the studio. It will take a look inside people's minds and is set for release on May 30, 2014.
The story will take the audience inside the head, "how we forget, why certain songs get stuck in our heads," Docter said.
"It's a place that we've all been to but have never seen," he added.
The second is an untitled feature about dinosaurs 2 to be directed by Disney veteran Bob Peterson and is set to hit the theaters on November 27th, 2013.
It is set in a world where an asteroid 3 missed the Earth, thus allowing the creatures including humans and dinosaurs to keep living and evolving side-by-side.
Peterson got the inspiration from a World's Fair he attended as a child where he saw animatronic dinos created by Disney, he told The Hollywood Reporter.
D23 is the first official Disney fan club and the expo takes place every other year.This year's celebration was launched on Friday and it runs through Sunday.
