Russian spy Chapman poses for men's magazine
MOSCOW, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- The red-haired Russian spy Anna Chapman, who recently received a state award in Kremlin for espionage 1, has posed for a men's magazine wielding 2 a revolver, local media reported on Tuesday.
Some media reports have hailed Chapman as one of the 100 sexiest women this year.
The magazine has already promised more pictures of Chapman, and said she has done a lot for reviving a feeling of national identity in Russians.
"Anna has done more to excite patriotism(爱国主义) in Russians than our football team and the Bulava missile put together," the magazine wrote.
On Monday, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev awarded intelligence service agents who worked in the United States and were deported 3 from the country in July 2010.
Following the spy scandal, Russia released four Russian nationals accused of spying and let them go to the West in exchange for those ten detained in the United States.
Those Russian agents admitted their guilt 4 before being deported(驱逐). Chapman after return started a career of celebrity 5 with frequent media reports over her activities.
Her latest appearance was at Kazakh Baikonur space center, waving goodbye to three Russian and U.S. astronauts as an advisor 6 to the president of a Moscow bank named Fondservicebank.(本文由在线英语听力室整理编辑)
