Good news for all of our viewers.Jack 1 Cafriti is back from his vacation this year with Cafriti--. Jack , we missed you. Well you are very kind, good to be back, Crallf, thank you. Put down that iphone or blackberry look up from your computer screen or video game , stop texting, emailing and chatting online. It turns out that the internet could be driving us crazy. News Rig Magazine got a fascinating report on a growing volumn worldwide research. They chose just how much this technology might be damaging us. Researchers find the internet maybe making us more depressed, anxious, stressed, suicidal, and pron--d--sickness like obsessive 2 compulsive disorder 3 and detention 4 deafer-sit disorder. The brains of internet addicts 5 even look like those of drug and alcohol addicts. The statistics are staggering, Americans spend 8 hours a day on average staring at a screen, that's more time than we spend doing anything else including sleeping. Teenagers fit 7 hours of screen time into the average school day, 11 if they include the time they are multi-typing several devises at once. And more than a third of smart-phone users get online before they get out of bed. Meanwhile the average person sends and gets about 400 text-messages a month.Teenagers, the number jumps to 3700. Time online often replaces sleep, exercise and face to face contact with real-life people. These are just some of the reasons that countries like China, Taiwan and Korea have began freeding problematic web abuse like a national health crisis. It's no wonder the experts are alarm as they describe the computer as electronic cocaine 6. That fewer psychos mania 7 followed by depression. And they say the internet quote encourages and even prompts insanity 8 on quote. So here's the question, is the internet making us crazy? Go to cnn.com/ Cafriti file post comes into my blog or go to our post on the situation rooms facebook page.
Wo, I got a story the other day on the article the other day, Jack, said, if you keep your ipad for example or other smart phone devise too close to your bed while you are sleeping, it might keep you up at night, not because of any noises, but because of some blue light coming out of whatever, you might got insomnia 9 in the process some people are wondering why they are not getting a deep sleep or may be that's a factor of.., I don't know if the facts of you, Jack. Well, I donot have those things, I have none of that, I have a desktop 10 computer in the room of my house close to the other end of the way from the master bed-room, and then the computer is here to the office, so that's it. I don't know. That's it, all right. So you get good night sleep every single night.OK. And your brain is not clutter 11 with a lot of crisis. My brain is not great in good shape but it's not because of the internet. Clutter with other stuff. Thank you. Shall, lets' go to Jack Cafriti right now. He's got the Cafrity fall, Jack.
People could also swim in the pool. The question is it, the internet is making us crazy and of course if you ask to post your responses online which may be pointed 12 out going California right just because people just don't know how to turn it off. I'm still amaze when I am hunting and fishing with my son, and they give us a wifi access code when we check into the camp grounds. I miss the simple days when my month would turn off the TV and kick us out of the house to play.Jennifer when I was kid I was crazy along before the internet, and in fact in my retiring years, I find that the internet acts like a suzzer to me. Right Norigan said the internet just like crazy people find one another and less rare and forth 13 each others' disfunctions, I don't think it turns previously 14 sane 15 people insane. JJ and Origan says I do find after reading today's topic that I have OCD, I can't wait to get my housework shopping all settled down before rushing to see what strange topic Jack will tipple 16 out my brain with today. I don't know if I am crazy yet. But I do a lot of research and reading that replace my lovable movies.
Michael writes do guns kill people? Does drinking cause accidents? The internet is driving people crazy? People are driving themselves crazy. There are good ways to use technology and dumb ways, it all comes down to the people, always has, always will. Luise Trirano says social media sites are breeding ground for a multitude personality disorders 17, spend a few minutes on face book and you will be heart-press not to know the pictures of budding narcissists, modern lines, and soci-apast. Scariti thanks for society is going to look like a few year down the road. DC writes it’s not causing insanity, it’s just exposing it. And Edo Marilyn said yes, it is, and I can hear our goal laughing in my brain as his plan comes to fruition. If you want read more on this goal from blogs CNN.com/Carity file also through our post situation rooms facebook page.
