The state of Queensland was preparing to move from crisis to recovery when the situation deteriorated 1 sharply. The death toll 2 is expected to rise from flash flooding in the town of Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, with dozens of people still missing.Locals describe a wall of water that rushed through the town with pretty much no warning. Cars were tossed about, buildings and structures moved, people swept away. The state capital, Brisbane, is now under threat. The Brisbane River has broken its banks. More than 30 suburbs have been warned that they will be flooded a total of more than 6,000 homes.

Leaders here are calling it Arizona's first show of bipartisan unity 3 in the wake of this tragedy. A bill will come before the House and the Senate today, one introduced by Democrat 4, one introduced by Republican, that would model itself after bills that have been upheld by the courts in other states, essentially 5 blocking protesters from within 300 feet of funeral for an hour before and an hour after, really designed to protect Christina Green's funeral from these Westboro Baptist Church protesters.And you say, they expediting it, waiving 6 all usually this sort of thing would happen in a matter of days, even weeks. Today, it's expected to pass the House twice, the Senate twice, and get signed by the governor within perhaps five hours.

I’m very encouraged by the fact that she has done so well. This kind of injury,I think we’ve said it a couple of times penetrating 7 injury through the skull 8 ,really ,the survival alone recovery is abysmal 9.She has no right to look this good and she does are hopeful.
