It's a great day for the Constitution today. Today, a Federal Judge here in Richmond ruled that individual mandate 1 that every citizen, nearly every citizen, must buy government-approved health insurance. It's ruled unconstitutional.

In the study published in Pediatrics, scientists found when children received low-sugar cereal, they enjoyed it and were more likely to eat a balanced breakfast.
