The star-studded audience was left in tears after Billy's emotional words about the actor, who committed suicide two weeks ago.
'He made us laugh. Hard,' Billy began. 'Every time you saw him - on television, movies, nightclubs, arenas 3, hospitals, homeless shelters for our troops overseas. And even in a dying girl's living room for her last wish, he made us laugh. Big time.'
'While some of the brightest of our celestial 4 bodies are actually extinct now, their energy long since cooled, but miraculously 5, because they float in the heavens so far away from us now, their beautiful light will continue to shine on us forever,' he said.
Billy's sweet words had moved many of the celebrity 6 guests to tears, and Jason Biggs tweeted afterwards: 'Not a dry eye in this place.'
