剧情简介：

　　本片为2006年大卖座影片《舞出我人生》（Step Up）的续集。虽说是续集，可本片在情节上却与前作几乎没有什么联系，片中所有角色来彻底来了个大换血，唯一一点保留前作影子的地方就是故事发生的地点依旧是那个马里兰艺术学校。

　　叛逆的舞者安迪（布莱恩纳·伊维根饰演）是巴尔德摩最负盛名的舞团"410"的成员。她得到了进入马里兰艺术学校学习深造的机会，但在来到学校之后，她却发现自己很难与学校的生活相融合。同时她与410的朋友们也渐渐的疏远了起来。不甘就此沉沦的安迪，决定要用实力向大家证明自己。她从班上召集了一帮成员，其中包括学校中最惹火的舞者查斯（罗伯特·霍夫曼饰演）。他们凑到一起组成了一个舞蹈团，在得知巴尔德摩有一个名叫"The Streets"的地下街舞比赛后，他们便踌躇满志的踏上了征程，结果他们所面对的对手竟然是"410"。一番真刀真枪的比拼之后安迪终于找回了自己的梦想，同时也赢回了属于她的两个世界。
