[01:08.09]“So I would like you all to make me a promise...

[01:15.77]find something beautiful to notice.

[01:21.23]—it could be a scent—
[01:23.31]perhaps of freshly baked bread wafting 1 out of someone’s house,

[01:32.29] or the way the morning light catches one autumn leaf as it falls gently to the ground.
