[00:07.58]One day a wealthy family man took his son on a trip to the country
[00:12.00]so he could have his son see how poor country people were.
[00:16.54]They stayed one day and one night in the farmhouse 1 of a very humble 2 farm.
[00:21.49]On the way back home at the end of the trip the father asked the son,
[00:26.49]"What did you think of the trip?"
[00:28.58]The son replied, "Very nice, Dad."
[00:31.52]The father then asked, "Did you notice how poor they were?"
[00:36.56]The son replied, "Yes, I guess so."
[00:40.39]The father then added, "And what did you learn?"
[00:44.98]To this question, the son thought for a moment and answered slowly,
[00:49.57] "I learned that we have one dog in the house and they have four.
[00:54.05]We have a fountain in the garden and they have a stream that has no end.
[00:59.64]"We have fancy lanterns in our garden,
[01:02.28] while they have the stars.
[01:04.45]Our garden goes to the edge of our yard,
[01:07.51]but for their back yard they have the entire horizon!"
[01:12.10]At the end of the son’s reply,
[01:14.60] the rich father was speechless.
[01:17.00]His son then added: "Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we really are."

[01:28.62]If you have love, friends, family, health, good humor and a positive attitude toward life,
