[00:06.98]This is an age-old question that has been puzzling people from all walks of life.

[00:16.40]we all agree that it is such a precious thing

[00:23.18]And despite many scientific studies carried out on happiness,

[00:27.65]no really effective way to gain happiness has yet been found and introduced.

[00:47.02]Sages told us hundreds of years ago that when we give,

[00:54.57]That means we are responsible for other people's happiness

[00:58.62]and we should take the initiative 2 in securing 3 happiness.

[01:06.49]We should form a supportive network with people around us.

[01:10.76]Only in this way are we able to find true life-time happiness.

[01:15.57]Happiness is all around us in our daily life.

[01:19.07]All we have to do is make an effort to be happy and to make others happy.
