　　精神家暴是指在家庭生活中区别于肢体暴力、性暴力的另一种家庭暴力，又称“冷暴力”，它因其隐蔽性和不可捉摸性往往被人们所忽视。精神家暴是家庭暴力的首位。据有关部门统计，精神暴力在3种家庭暴力中发生频率逐年上升，有的地区已占到70%以上，明显位于3种家庭暴力的首位。而且，如果发生这种暴力，即使闹上法庭，法官因缺少证据也难以认定谁对谁错。
