[00:27.51]John: You're kidding! You've always hated cooking!
[00:32.47]Kathy: Well, I used 2 to hate cooking, but now I love it.
[00:38.11]John: When did you change your mind?
[00:41.64]Kathy: After I tried French food. Before that,
[00:46.32]I used to cook really boring things for my family.
[00:51.36]John: I still can't believe it!
[00:55.22]So, did you go to cooking school or something?
[00:59.87]Kathy: Yeah. I went to California 3 to study.
[01:04.55]John: Really? How long did you stay there?
[01:08.99]Kathy: I was there between '88 and '90.
[01:13.35]John: And what did you do after that?
[01:16.88]Kathy: Then I came back here.
[01:20.33]I worked for about three years to get some experience.
[01:25.37]John: That's great! So, where is your restaurant?
[01:30.62]I'm going to eat there this weekend!
