P2: The food was excellent. I like French food.
P1: Was your hotel nice?
P2: Yes. The hotel was very nice, very friendly.

P2: yes, we hired a car at the airport.

P2: Yes. We did.
Unit two: Talking about weekend activities.
P1: so,How was your weekend?
P2: It was not bad. My wife and I went to see a movie.
P1: That sounds nice. Did you see a good movie?
P2: Yes, a new comedy with Jame Carrey.
P1: I like Jame.
P2: Then you may go to see it, too. It was a good one. How about you .did you do anything special?
P1: I was miserable 1. I had to work over time for a project proposal 2 over the weekand.
