Mr. Ford 1: Okay, so if we could dim the lights， Jonathan, we can kick-off with the first TV advert 2. Please note that we are still in the early days with this advert, so it might seem a bit rough round the edges. Okay, so. just need to click this and the advert should pop up on the screen...
Mr. Ford: Hmmmmmm. Sorry about this. Bear with me a second. There seems to be a problem with the projector 3. Let me see. could you lend a hand a second?
Mr. Ford:It looks like the projector is not recognizing the computer. Let me check the connection a second... Well the connection seems okay, and the computer is running normally.
Mr. Ford:Okay. Sorry guys. Obviously a problem with the system. Let’s just reboot and start over. Let’s see if this resolves the issue.
Mr. Ford: Right, let’s try again. No, still nothing ,Michael. There might be a technical issue with the projector. I think maybe the projector has overheated. We might need to cool it down for ten minutes and start again. I’ll call IT support to come over right now.
Mr. Ford:Okay guys. Unfortunately technical problems do crop up from time to time, don’t they? But it’s not a huge problem. In the meantime while the IT guys get to work on that I can talk a little bit more about the advertising 4 concept and what we are looking to achieve overall with this campaign.

Mr. Ford: 很抱歉，请耐心等我下，放映机好像有点毛病，我来检查下，你能帮我下吗？
Mr. Ford: 看起来放映机不能识别电脑，我来检查下连接，连接看起来没问题，电脑也没问题。
Mr. Ford: 很抱歉，系统看来又问题，我们重启下，看是否能解决问题。
Mr. Ford: 我们再试试吧，仍然什么都没有，Michael。放映机也许有技术问题，我想也许是放映机太热了。我们需要冷却10分，然后重启。我会给IT服务中心打电话叫他们马上过来。
Mr. Ford: 很不幸的是，技术问题总是不时突然出现，不是吗？但不是大问题。在IT人员检查机器的同事，我想说点广告方面的事，以及通过宣传活动我们将要达成什么样的目标。
